These terms describe access to Insider Cluster Watch, a paid SEC EDGAR research workflow for descriptive Form 4 analytics.

Research Workflow Only
Insider Cluster Watch organizes SEC EDGAR filing facts for research workflows. It is not investment advice, and the service does not provide stock recommendations, trading instructions, portfolio construction, or allocation guidance.
No Adviser Or Broker Relationship
The service is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or trading platform. Use of the service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or client relationship.
Data Sources
The product relies on public SEC EDGAR filings and supporting reference data. Filing availability, issuer metadata, market-cap estimates, and historical price references can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid access is billed through Stripe. The Founder plan is a monthly subscription that unlocks customer workspace access, saved research screens, alert workflows, and fuller history while the subscription remains active.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a monthly subscription. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals, but access can remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for abuse or misuse.
Refund Review
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, checkout mistakes, or service-access failures. Cancellation remains available for future renewals through the customer billing workflow.
Acceptable Use
Users may not scrape, overload, resell, misrepresent, or use the service in a way that violates SEC EDGAR access expectations, email-consent rules, payment-provider rules, or applicable law.
