Information We Collect
We collect account email addresses, optional company names, saved alert-screen settings, verification status, unsubscribe status, billing status, and operational delivery records needed to run the service.
How We Use Information
Information is used to create customer access links, verify alert recipients, deliver requested research alerts, suppress unsubscribed addresses, maintain billing access, and diagnose service operations.
Service Providers
Stripe processes billing, Resend handles transactional and alert email delivery, Vercel hosts the application, and managed database infrastructure stores production service records.
Email Preferences
Research-alert recipients must verify access before delivery. Each alert includes unsubscribe controls, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future alert delivery.
Data Retention
Operational records are retained as long as needed for customer access, billing reconciliation, alert suppression, security review, and service debugging unless deletion is legally or operationally required.
